Most likely the internal storage on your Mac is too full and iCloud is pushing any newly added files to your Documents folder in the cloud. Saving Lots, Rooms and Households to your in-game Library doesn't work Newly added CC/Mods do not show up in your game despite being properly installed (for help with installing 3rd party content see here) or CC randomly starts disappearing from your game. The next you go to play and the Load Game button has disappeared, there seems to be no way to play an existing save. hopefully others have cc archives they can share in that case.One minute your game is working fine.
I couldnt bear to start my cc/modlist over, but a lot of people do like to dump it every so often and start over. If you really want to start fresh though, go for it. I'd recommend keeping your cc folder and updating the mods listed above and removing the three others. I have seen one person mention that their infants were completely gone after the update, but it isnt clear what caused that issue. The only other really broken things are default replacement eyes, stand still in cas, and cc wrench replacers. These are the ones that were really broken and they are UPDATED. the list of broken mods is extremely short for such a massive update, and it's actually decreased since I checked it last night as creators cleared their mods that they had thought were broken. the mods that were terribly broken (mccc, t-mex's better build buy for instance) have already been updated. you can likely keep 99% of your cc/mods folder. Honestly the update didnt break very many mods.
